Scouting Report | Gentry has improved dramatically over the last year. He has always played with great energy and enthusiasm, but his game is getting more and more refined. He has a huge wingspan that he uses to dominate the defensive end and to rebound. Gentry is one of the longest and most explosive players in the 2011 class for Indiana. It will be interesting to see if he keeps his hunger to improve now that he has committed to North Dakota. Only averaged something like 3 points a game as a junior for Pike. He will be looked to carry more of the scoring load this year. His shooting form isn't nice to look at but it is becoming more consistent especially from 3. |
