The July evaluation period stars at 5 p.m. Wednesday evening. Only four 2014 prospects are currently committed to play college basketball along with Justin Brent who recently committed to play football at Notre Dame. 13 prospects have Division 1 scholarship offers right now. That number will likely increase dramatically after the July evaluation period.
Of the un-committed prospects, Jaquan Lyle headlines the group. The Evansville guard has over 15 high-major offers right now. Rivals.com has Lyle as the 19th best prospect in the nation for the 2014 class.
The other top un-committed players in the state include Trevon Bluiett, Mack Mercer, P.J. Thompson and Aaron Brennan.
Indiana Basketball Source now has over 120 players ranked. We certainly put more weight into positional rankings, but we also rank everyone to give you an idea where they fit into the overall picture.
