Scott to Purdue

Bryson Scott became the first member of the 2013 recruiting class for Purdue University Sunday night when he committed to the Boilermakers. We have Scott as the number 3 college prospect in the 2013 class for Indiana. Scott is very fun to watch because he is extremely skilled but plays harder than almost any high school player plays. He seems like a hard hitting defensive back at times with the way he flies around the court defensively. Offensively, he shoots the ball pretty well, but he is at his best when he is attacking the rim and using his strength to score anytime he wants.

Indiana and Ohio State had offered Scott, but it always had seemed to most insiders that Purdue was the favorite and it was only a matter of time until he committed there. Scott's toughness will make him a fan favorite at Purdue. He also has a twin brother, Brenton, who is a mid-major prospect. Brenton has offers from IPFW and Ohio University.
