Greg Gardner 6’4” CG Chatard (2012) has had a strong spring/summer playing the point and now has 4 D2 offers: Indianapolis, Alabama-Huntsville, Hillsdale, and Notre Dame College. He also said that D1 interest picked up a lot in July.
Jason Smith 6’4” SF Manual (2012) picked up an offer from D2 Lewis University last week. All D2/NAIA schools should be on Smith before a low-major picks up their interest on him.
David Heckman 6’7” PF Roncalli (2012) reports offers from NAIA schools Marian and Indiana Tech. He has a host of high-academic D1 interest which includes Lehigh, Lafayette, Princeton, Hartford, Furman, Samford, and New Hampshire plus D2’s: Lewis, St. Josephs, Christian Brothers, and Nova Southeastern.
Logan Jaehnen 6’6” PF East Central (2012) has offers from Lindenwood, Lewis, and St. Francis plus interest from Goshen, IU-East, Huntington, and Hillsdale.
Jordan Burton 6’7” PF Edinburgh (2012) is receiving interest from Eastern Illinois, Jacksonville, and the University of Indianapolis.
Edward Seay 6’8” PF Merrillville (2012) said he has no offers right now but is hearing from Northern Illinois, Dayton, Loyola, Jacksonville, Western Michigan, University of San Francisco, and Illinois State.
Kendall Waters 5’11” PG Muncie Central (2012) reports that he has had interest from Eastern Kentucky, Ball State, Wright State, Belmont , and Valpo.
Josh Turnock 6’8” C Eastbrook (2012) said that Northwood and Goshen are the only schools that are looking at him right now.
Mike Ramey 6’4” SG Southport (2012) will be making a college decision soon according to Kyle Neddenriep of the Indy Star.
Jordan Barham 6’4” SG University (OH) (2012) reports offers from Princeton, Lehigh, Colgate, Boston University, Youngstown State, Denver, and Rider. He also has serious interest from Davidson, Miami (OH), James Madison and Northeastern. He said he will likely decide before the start of the season.
