We have another installment of our post-July recruiting updates. August 1st, we had 12 updates and on August 3rd we had 14 more updates. Today, we have 11 updates that we received first-hand and 7 more that have been widely covered this week.

Nick Osborne 6’8” PF Muncie Central (2012) was offered by Northwestern. That is his first Big Ten offer. He also has offers from Ohio, Ball State, IPFW, Xavier, Loyola, and Fordam.

Zak Irvin 6’5” SF Hamilton Southeastern (2013) committed to Michigan on Sunday. He chose Michigan over Butler.

Mike Ramey 6’4” SG Southport (2012) chose Ball State over St. Joe’s (PA) and Boston as his finalists. He had a boatload of other offers and I believe he visited everywhere that offered.

Bo Calhoun 6'6" PF South Bend Washington (2012) also chose Ball State. Calhoun picked Ball State over Western Michigan. Calhoun had a strong July that helped his recruiting.

Quinten Snider 6’0 PG Ballard (KY) (2014) has committed to Louisville. Snider played the spring with Indiana Elite One 2014.

Trevon Bluiett 6’5 SF Park Tudor (2014) has been offered by Purdue. He was offered in the fall last year by Indiana.

Chris Whitehead 5'9" PG New Albany (2011) committed to play at Weatherford Junior College (TX) next season as reported by Matt Denison from Hoosier Hills Hoops.

Petey Balls 6’0” PG Lawrence North (2012) has no offers yet, but has serious interest from Loyola, Northern Illinois, SIU-E, and Mercer.

Bronson Kessinger 6’5” SF Corydon Central (2015) Indiana, Purdue, Wright State, Evansville, Wake Forest, Ball State, Michigan, Michigan State, Butler, Creighton, and Ohio have been in contact so far.

Kyle Wuest 6’3” SG Edinburgh (2012) reports that he has an offer from Goshen plus other small college interest from Indiana Wesleyan, Marian University, Elmhurst, and University of Chicago. He has D1 interest from Cornell and Army. He said that he will likely be a late committee.

Tayler Persons 6’2” SG Kokomo (2014) has talked to Purdue and Loyola. Butler, Indiana State, Michigan, and Xavier have talked about him with his coach.

Matt Holba 6’5” SF/PF Chesterton (2015) said that Indiana and Purdue have shown a little bit of interest so far but he missed a lot of the summer due to a slight medial meniscus tear. Holba said he will be ready for the high school season though.

Brad Hartman 6’6” PF Union County (2012) offer from Jacksonville. Interest from Army, Miami (OH), and Marion.

Chandler White 6’1 SG Carroll (Fort Wayne) (2015) has interest from Purdue, Indiana, Michigan, and Michigan State so far with no offers.

Michael Clements 6’7” PF Roncalli (2013) said that he hasn’t had much college interest yet just some letters from Evansville and IU-Southeast.

Dominique Burris 6’4” SF Noblesville said he is getting mostly football interest right now but would prefer playing basketball.

Trey Patterson 6’4” SF Pike (2013) said that Purdue has been sending letters but hasn’t had too much serious interest so far.

Nate Ritchie 6’6” SF Northridge (2014) said he hasn’t really had any college interest yet.
