Etherington reports that he has heard from most of the mid-majors around the area. IPFW is his only offer so far. Boston College and Boston are the latest schools to contact him.

He’ll be with Dan Dakich’s Indiana Elite team this spring/summer after being sidelined last AAU season with the head injury he suffered after getting undercut on a dunk attempt. He is a much different player from his brother, Austin who is a freshman on Indiana University. Alex is much more athletic and stronger. Austin is a much better shooter. Alex only shot 26% from beyond the arc this season although he did shoot a respectable 73% from the line. That is one area that must improve for him to be a mid-major plus or high-major recruit.{/iACL}
