The Indiana Basketball Source Week In Preview segment looks at four tournaments happening around the state this week featuring top teams and players. The holiday tournaments take a step up this week.

 
Noblesville Tournament
 
This tournament brings four teams from around the state to face off against some of the best teams in central Indiana. It should be a good measuring stick for all the teams to find where they stand going into the heart of the season. With their tournament setup, we could also get some intriguing match ups between central Indiana teams.
 
 
Teams to watch: Lawrence North, Guerin Catholic, Chesterton

North Central Tournament
 
A four team tournament that features a plethora of Division 1 talent, especially at the wing position. It also has two Indianapolis area teams facing a pair of schools from outside the region. Springboro makes the trip to Indianapolis from Ohio.
 
 
Teams to watch: North Central, East Chicago Central
 
 
Players to watch: Cam Wolter, Lance Dollison, Keegan Kollmeyer (Fishers), Kris Wilkes, Tyrie Johnson, Wes Stowers (North Central), Hyron Edwards, Damien Jefferson, Jermaine Cousnard (East Chicago Central)

Bob Wettig Holiday Tournament
 
One of the best mid season tournaments in the state takes place in Richmond, where a variety of large and small schools look to take home the title. It will be a test of depth and conditioning as well as talent, as a team will have to win four games over three days to take home the crown.
 
 
Teams to watch: Scecina, Hamilton Heights, Columbus North, Zionsville, Fort Wayne North Side, Valparaiso

Carroll Shootout
 
Twelve teams vie in four pools of three in this shootout event featuring top teams from across the northern half of the state. Pool games will be played on Friday with the tournament portion of the shootout to be played on Saturday. To win requires playing four games in 36 hours.
