The Indiana All-Stars defeated the Kentucky All-Stars 106-84 on Saturday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. It was the 15th win in a row for Indiana over Kentucky. The two teams face off again on Sunday afternoon in Kentucky.
Outside of a run to open the second half, the Indiana All-Stars dominated Kentucky. Northern Illinois-bound guard Eugene German gave Indiana a scoring spark off the bench early in the game. He scored 11 points in the first couple of minutes off the bench. He finished with 20 points in the game.
The Indiana All-Stars controlled the glass on Saturday night. Indiana won the rebounding battle 61-33. Butler-bound center Joey Brunk finished with 14 rebounds to go with his 16 points. Six Indiana players had six rebounds or more in the game.
