Indiana Basketball Source looks around the state at the top scores and stats for February 5, 2022.

 

Connor Essegian scored 48 points as Central Noble defeated Prairie Heights, 85-59. The Wisconsin signee hit ten three-pointers and scored 42 points in the first three quarters.

Markus Burton scored 24 points and handed out ten assists as Penn removed John Glenn from the unbeaten ranks, 78-53. Joe Smith added 20 for Penn. Brycen Hannah scored 21 in the loss.

Floyd Central beat Cathedral 48-46.

Chesterton beat Warsaw 59-51.

Shaun Arnold tallied 14 points, 16 rebounds, and six steals in Ben Davis’ win over Avon, 70-51. Jordan Lomax scored 26 points in the loss.

Crispus Attucks upset Brownsburg 65-62 as Latrell Williams scored 23 points. Jacson Payton added 15, and freshman Dezmon Briscoe recorded 13 points, ten rebounds, and four blocks.

CJ Gunn scored 24 points, including a game-winning three at the buzzer, as Lawrence North beat Connersville 53-52.

Bishop Dwenger beat Snider, 62-56, as Beau Jacquay recorded 18 points and 12 rebounds. Sam Campbell added 15 points in the surprising victory.

Connor Foley’s 16 points and ten rebounds helped Jasper beat Heritage Hills, 56-42. Hendrix Magley Freshman Trent Sisley scored 19 points in the loss.

Gage Sefton scored 23 points as Blackhawk Christian beat Tindley in overtime, 55-47.

Ben Henderson scored 23 and Jonah Lucas added 21 as Lafayette Harrison beat Lafayette Central Catholic, 75-62. Sam King

Luke Saylor scored 24 as Heritage beat Bluffton 50-38.

2023 guard Austin Cripe scored his 1,000th career point as West Noble beat LaVille.

Steele Brasfield scored 21 as New Palestine beat Perry Meridian, 54-45.

Aidan Franks scored 33 and Isaac Andrews added 30 as Wapahani beat Union 108-17. WHS Network

Ian Hensley scored 21 and Ziair Morgan tallied 16 as Crawfordsville beat Riverton Parke, 80-49. Journal Review

Cade Skornog scored 15 as New Prairie beat Wheeler, 64-45.

Crown Point beat Portage 43-38, but Kamari Slaughter recorded 14 points and seven rebounds in the loss.

Jamie Hodges Jr. scored 37 points and Jevon France added 30 as Michigan City beat South Bend Adams, 85-80. Tommy Synder had 27 points in the loss.

Logan McIntire scored 20 points as North Harris beat Charlestown, 61-32.
