Park Tudor is moving up to 3A next season thanks to the success the program has had in recent years. The Indianapolis school won the 2A state title in three of the previous four years. Frankton won a Regional for the first time this year.

Evan Frank was dominant to start the game. He scored nine points just a few minutes into the game. Frank is a senior center that averaged ten points per game this season. Park Tudor held just a six point after one quarter.

Western Michigan-bound guard Bryce Moore took over the scoring in the second quarter. Moore tallied 16 points and was hitting shots from all over the floor in the quarter. He was absolutely in the zone during the period. Moore played one of the best games of his career in his last high school game.

Not to be outdone, Austin Compton kept Frankton in the game with his scoring. Compton had 11 points of his own in the quarter. Park Tudor continued to expand its lead despite Compton's efforts and took a 34-25 lead into halftime.

Frankton started the third quarter with a burst. The Eagles cut Park Tudor's lead to just six points. It was as close as Frankton would come. Dwayne Gibson punctuated an alley oop with a dunk then sophomore Kobe Webster knocked down a 3-pointer. That sequence ended Frankton's momentum and the game was not in doubt the rest of the way.

Bryce Moore finished with a game-high 28 points. He also had six rebounds and five assists. Jaren Jackson Jr. had 11 points and nine rebounds in front of Georgetown head coach John Thompson III and Butler assistant coach Michael Lewis. Evan Frank tallied a double-double of 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Park Tudor clamped down Austin Compton in the second half which led to Park Tudor pulling away. After scoring 15 points in the first half, the senior guard did not score until there was 2:45 left in the game. He was able to collect seven points late in the fourth quarter.

It is the fourth state championship in five years for Park Tudor. The Panthers move up to 3A next year.
