I left the game at the end of regulation in order to make the Broad Ripple/Harding game. So, I will just give player notes for this Culver Academy/Brebeuf game.

PJ Thompson 5'9" PG Brebeuf 2014 Thompson is a very quick, smooth point guard for a freshmen. He seems crafty with the ball...uses ball fakes, hesitation dribbles, etc. It looks like he can shoot it from the outside. Thompson is definitely one to watch for the 2014 class.

Mike Lenz 6'2" SG Brebeuf 2012 Lenz is best described as a tough, slasher. He isn't the quickest or most athletic player but yet he is always getting into the lane and beating his man. I was impressed with how he attack Chier Ajou (7'1") and was able to get his shot off. I would like him to be better with his right hand and to become a more consistent shooter in order to be a D1 player.

Bob Dillon 6'4" SF Brebeuf 2011 Dillon is a pure shooter. He has a quick release and is very consistent. He is an average ball handler and is usually going to take a 3 or nothing. He's a decent athlete. Dillon looks like a solid NAIA/D3 prospect.

Adam Kroot 6'3" Brebeuf 2014 The freshmen didn't dress for the game, but I have heard that he has played pretty well so far this year. I'm not sure if he is injured or what the deal was.

Chier Ajou 7'1" C Culver 2011 Although I only had Ajou 2-7 from the field with 7 rebounds when I left at the end of regulation, I liked how he played. He didn't shy away from contact and Brebeuf was being very physical with him. He showed some nice post moves and did a pretty good job of sealing. He didn't dominate by any stretch but he did a lot of good things. It looks like he is improving.

Jermaine Myers 6'1" PG Culver 2012 Myers struggled to get many good looks because of the defense of Mike Lenz and PJ Thompson. I believe he was 7-21 from the field. A good athlete, but not super quick. A good shooter, but not a great shooter. I think he is a mid-major stretch as a prospect because of his lack of great quickness and not supremely skilled.

Juwan Brescacin 6'5" SF Culver 2011 Brescacin battled foul trouble most of the game. He did a lot of good things around the basket though. He got to some tough rebounds and finished plays inside. It was tough to get a good evaluation since he was in foul trouble though.
