With the high school season now complete, it is time for players to concentrate on their individual development. Skill development happens in the high school offseason. I often hear from parents and players asking how they can get more college exposure. In most cases, the player has had exposure in the past, but his game was not strong enough to garner college attention. Exposure without a great skill set is worthless. Here is a little bit about our workouts.
Professional Approach: We will dig for player strengths and weaknesses by either watching game tape or talking to the player’s high school coach. The player will continue to improve their strength while covering up their weaknesses.
Tailored Workouts: Since we will be working on an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, work outs will vary differently from person to person. No cookie cutter workouts. We want each player to improve as quickly as possible.
Serious Players Only: Workouts will be extremely intense. Player’s will expect to maintain great focus and effort throughout workouts. Please do not request workouts for players who are not willing to practice at a high level.
Small Groups: Workouts will generally be for 3-6 players at a time. There can be exceptions, but 3-6 players are best for maximum results from workouts.
