There were a few recruiting developments on Monday. Cathedral big man Devin Dixon committed to D2 Saginaw Valley State per Kyle Neddrenriep of the Indy Star. SVSU was on Dixon heavily throughout the season. Dixon shows flashes of his potential. He will need to continue to improve, but if he does he'll end up as a steal for SVSU.
Fort Wayne Concordia's Thomas Starks committed to Spring Arbor according to a report from Greg Jones of the Journal Gazette. Starks had a very solid season for the 3A runner-up. Spring Arbor is an NAIA school in Michigan.
Warren Central's Sam Thompson received an offer from Cincinnati State. They are a junior college program. 2012 Lawrence Central graduate Tyler Fischl currently plays at Cincinnati State.
JJ English of Indianapolis Washington committed to Illinois Central. They are also a junior college program. Washington's Zach Ladd is still on the board. Ladd is a good small college or junior college prospect.
