Scouting Report | adidas Invitational: Kelan Martin (6’6 F/Ballard) – The Louisville product had a great tournament this week. Had a couple of breakout games and showed a full offensive arsenal, including threes off the dribble and catch, midrange jumpers, and scoring around the rim. Will struggle against length but uses his strength to carve out space, and is quicker than his size would suggest. Mid Major Plus
Spiece Run N Slam Report: #30 Kelan Martin, 6'6” SF Louisville Ballard HS (Ky.) 2014, thick/strong frame. was very good against the Milwaukee Running Rebels (Kevon Looney.) He was hitting shots from the perimeter like he did last weekend. He finished extremely well by using his body. Martin had a nice jab series to break down a defender from the free-throw line. Is his motor consistent enough to be a high-major prospect? Mid-Major Plus

Martin handles the ball well for his size. He has good hands, finishes, capable 3pt shooter. His motor needs to be more consistent. Mid-Major/Mid-Major Plus |
