Recruiting Update: Brian 'Kip' Warren

2016 guard Brian 'Kip' Warren had a great showing in the Indianapolis City Tournament. Warren had back-to-back 34 point games in the quarterfinal and semifinal games. Warren is one of the best pure scorers in Indiana high school basketball. Here's an update with Kip Warren.
