PRESS RELEASE - The FORUM Credit Union Tip Off Classic is back for the fourth year this upcoming season, and the strongest field ever is slated to participate in the event.

Again the event will take place at Historic Southport Fieldhouse on December 10, here is the schedule.

11:30 – Hamilton Southeastern v South Bend Riley

1:15 – Fortville Mt. Vernon v Cloverdale

3:00 – Indianapolis Lawrence North v Ft. Wayne North

5:00 – Indianapolis Park Tudor v Ft. Wayne Snider

6:45 – Indianapolis Southport v Castle

8:30 – Indianapolis North Central v New Albany

Highlighting the night will be defending 4A State Champion New Albany taking on North Central. This matchup will feature a battle of potential Mr. Basketball and McDonald’s All-American candidates Romeo Langford and Kris Wilkes.

A highly anticipated matchup features Park Tudor and Snider. Park Tudor has the services of 6-foot-10 Jaren Jackson while Snider has 6-foot-10 Malik Williams. Both are Mr. Basketball candidates.

Event host Southport will face off with Castle in a battle of highly thought of seniors. Southport is led by Paul Scruggs while Castle big man Jack Nunge has emerged as one of the best players in the state over the past 12 months.

Lawrence North and Ft. Wayne North provide us a look into the future of Hoosier State basketball. Legendary coach Jack Keefer has a rugged senior in Ra Kpedi as well as highly touted junior Kevin Easley. They will be challenged by senior big man Jaylen Butz as well as the state’s top rated sophomore prospect Keion Brooks.

Cloverdale makes their first trip to the FORUM Tip Off and features Butler commitment Cooper Neese. Mt. Vernon is a top 4A team, and returns the core of a roster that went 18-5 a season ago.

Starting off the day will be Hamilton Southeastern, which features Indiana All-Star Zach Gunn, against Riley which has the dynamic junior duo of Damezi Anderson and Shamar Dillard.

Tickets will be 10 dollars for adults and 6 dollars for students. They will be available at the door or at the participating schools prior to game day.
