Liberty Christian was one game away from making a trip to Banker’s Life Fieldhouse to play for the 1A state title last season, losing in the semistate round to eventual champion Marquette Catholic. With returning standouts and talented new additions, this could be the year that the Lions make it all the way to the final Saturday in March.
Head coach Brent Keck has Perry Meridian on the rise. The Falcons have improved on their win totals each of the last two years. Senior Dylan Windler has Perry Meridian to take another step this season.
Munster can be penciled in for 16 wins each season under Mike Hackett. The Mustangs look poised to be one of the best teams in Northwest Indiana once again this season. Munster comes in at number 24 in the Indiana Basketball Source preseason rankings.
Crown Point returns many of the main pieces from last year's 12-9 team. The Bulldogs should have balanced team with senior forward Nick Jeffirs leading the way.
