Carmel's Zach McRoberts (2014) has committed to Vermont. He also had scholarship offers from Northern Kentucky, Lipscomb, and Miami of Ohio. McRoberts and Evansville Harrison's Ernie Duncan (2014) will join Ben Davis alum Dre Wills on the Vermont roster.

Scouting Report | He is a true 6-6 now and has improved over the last two years. He is extremely thin right now and that hurts his productivity a bit. McRoberts plays with great intensity at all times though and he will get after it on the boards. He is one of the most versatile defenders in the state. During high school, he guards 1 through 5. He will need to put on muscle mass to be that versatile at the next level. He is very passive on the offensive end despite having a nice shooting touch. His ball-handling will need work at the next level. |
