Tipton lost in the semi-state Saturday to Bowman Academy, but it wasn’t because of the play of Mike Crawford. Crawford scored 40 points and had 8 rebounds against the extremely athletic Bowman team that features three senior Division 1 signees. He averaged over 24 points per game for the season while shooting 50% from the field and 80% from the line.

Crawford reported to us that he has an offer from Stetson. He has recently talked to Gardner-Webb, Davidson, Wichita State, Wright State, and Furman. Crawford will be playing with Brandon Ray’s Club Indiana Elite team this spring.
