Jordan Pickett 6’1” CG University 2013 is coming off a season that saw him score 26 points per game for the 1A school. Pickett reclassified to the 2013 class from the 2014 class this year. He is a scoring point guard that is very comfortable playing off the ball. His strength is getting to the rim using his athleticism. I'm looking forward to seeing how he competes against top-level competition this spring.
Pickett took an unofficial to Missouri last month, but returned without an offer. His current interest includes Ball State, Loyola, St. Bonaventure, and Tennessee. He will be playing with the Indiana Elite-Stars this spring/summer.
Taishaun Johnson 6’1” PG Pike 2013 is coming off a solid season for the state runner-up squad. Johnson was the 6th man who provided instant offense for Pike. Johnson is an extremely quick lefty who is showing off his court vision and passing game more and more. He reports interest from Bradley, Central Michigan, Miami (OH), Western Illinois, Western Michigan, and Nebraska-Omaha. Central Michigan and Miami (OH) are going through a coaching change though. Taishaun will play with ISSA Premier this spring and summer. He could create some recruiting buzz if he plays with consistency against the top players this spring. {/iACL}
