Franklin Central and George Hill All Indy point guard Javon Small has been offered by Ball State. It's Small's first offer but many could be on the horizon.
Small displayed that he is worthy of a D1 offer throughout the season for Franklin Central. He continued his upward trend with a strong showing against EG10 last week. Small has the tools to play in the MAC with his athleticism, defensive ability, and offensive skill set.

Along with Ball State, Small is getting serious interest from in-state schools IUPUI and Purdue-Fort Wayne. Many other D1 schools have reached out to Small this week as well. It looks like Small will be receiving a flurry of recruiting activity from here.

Small is the type of player that could have been slowed by the pandemic since college coaches couldn't watch him in person, but it looks like he has been able to overcome that. He could be the first 2021 breakout player this summer.
