Best offensive role: Spot-up shooting

Best defensive role: Anticipation

Notes: A lanky guard, Jones made major strides as a shooter during his soph year. He shot 42% on 173 threes. He backed his three-point shooting with his FT shooting. He's a good but not great shooter. With Team Teague, he has excelled with Leland Walker and Reggie Bass creating shots for him. He's not breaking down defenders off the dribble at this point. He'll mix in transition baskets and attack the occasional closeout, but most of his scoring comes from spot-up opportunities.
