Andrew Turnquist – Lakeland (Mich)

Turnquist was one of the biggest surprises of the camp. He was unknown to me before the event, but he made a major impression. He’s a big power forward/center at 6’7” with a longer wingspan. He was extremely active on the glass and scored around the basket on a regular basis. He also showed a solid outside shot when he had time. Turnquist might not grow much more, but his skill level is high. That should put him on the radar of D1 schools.
