With the 2021 IHSAA boys basketball state finals in the books, Indiana Basketball Source details 28 college prospects from the four games.

 

Curt Hopf – PF – Barr-Reeve – 2021 – Bellarmine

Hopf dominated the glass against Kouts. He finished with 19 rebounds with seven coming on the offensive end. With both teams shooting a below-average percentage from the field, Hopf’s second-chance opportunities gave Barr-Reeve a major advantage. When he focuses on playing inside and rebounding, Hopf’s production is through the roof. It has been that way in high school, travel ball, and even the Metro Indy Basketball Fall League. When he plays on the perimeter, his production drops. He only took two three-pointers and played around the block most of the other possessions. As long as his game is based inside-out, he will have a solid career at Bellarmine.
