Indiana Basketball Source broke down the top 2022 without a D1 scholarship offer earlier this week. Now, it is time to look at the 2023 class. It is still a bit early for the 2023 class as D1 programs focused almost exclusively on transfers and the class of 2022 this spring. Here is a look at 14 2023 prospects that do not have a D1 offer but could soon.
