Friday at the 2022 Charlie Hughes Shootout solidified thoughts on many players while a few prospects sparked a re-evaluation. Here is a rundown of notes from the opening night.

Linton-Stockton’s Logan Webb (2023) stole the show in night one. He posted a 34-point game against an undersized Tech squad before hitting shots from everywhere against Culver Academies. Webb has been a tough-shot maker throughout his career as he loves to post up and fadeaway with great consistency. Friday night, he was drilling spot-ups from three and flashes in the mid-range. His shooting led to a lot of head-turning in the coaches’ section.
