Continuing with our open gym tour, we observed Traders Point on Wednesday. Nick Rogers, Christian Sikoski, and Christian Bridwell all transferred into the program this season. Here are more player notes from their workout.

Nick Rogers (5’11” PG 2015) the big news of the day for Rogers was that Mississippi offered him. They had two assistants at the open gym and he has visited their campus. He also has offers from Kent State and Northern Illinois. Rogers is a good athlete and his shot is streaky right now, but when he is on, he can get on a roll.

Milos Kostic (6’7” PF 2013) the former Northwestern commit struggled a bit in the open gym. He over dribbles, because he isn't quick enough to get by his defender. He does shoot it well, has decent moves and touch from the post, plus he passes it well. His lack of athletic really holds him back though. It will be a struggle for him to compete at the D1 level.

Christian Bridwell (6’6” PF 2015) transferred from Covington HS and also reclassified to 2015. He’s not too quick but quicker than Kostic. He has a chance if he can grow a little bit more. He sat out the scrimmage portion due to an ankle injury.

Christian Sikoski (6’2” SG 2013) a transfer from Wheeler HS. He shoots it well and has a pretty good overall skill set. Borderline athlete for the D1 level, but moves extremely well without the ball. I’d like to see more of Sikovic to determine a level he can play in college.

Bradley Covington (5'8 PG 2013) was the surprise of the open gym for me. He is a lefty, point guard that played tough in the open gym. His shot looks good, decent quicks, and seems to see the floor well. He’s another player that I’d like to see more of to figure out a level. Certainly a small college prospect if not higher…height is a weakness for Covington.

Cody Young (6'5 F 2013) is a good shooter with a quick release. He did not look like much of an athlete especially laterally. Small college prospect. {/iACL}
