Austin Torres' commitment to Central Michigan only lasted a week. According to multiple sources, Torres de-committed and accepted an offer from Notre Dame today. He has the athleticism to contribute at Notre Dame down the road, but he will need to improve at a rapid pace to make that a reality. That is especially true with Notre Dame moving to the ACC, where he will be going up against the best athletes in college basketball on a nightly basis.

Torres played his club basketball with Demetrius Jackson, who committed to Notre Dame last Thursday. Torres is a 6-6, forward from Penn High School.
