Scouting Report | McElvene is a huge individual at a true 6-10 or 6-11. He has extra long arms. It seems like he doesn’t even have to jump to dunk. He showed off good hands and decent feet against Bishop Noll. His condition could use some work and that would likely make him more athletic. For a 6-11 player, he runs the floor alright. McElvene definitely is not a sprinter, but he doesn’t lumber up and down the floor much. It looks like he has a good touch around the basket. His release on his free-throw was also good. Mid-major would likely be very possible, but has a ways to go to get to that level. |
