(Julian Norris has showcased his shooting ability this spring)

 

One prospect who had a good showing at the Grassroots Showcase was Evansville Bosse guard Julian Norris. While playing for C2K Elite, Norris had a strong showing against Meanstreets as he shot the ball exceptionally well from beyond the arc and even showed flashes of putting the ball on the floor and creating for others.

Through a mix of in-person and streams, Indiana Basketball Source watched three Indiana GAME Premier 2022 games this weekend. GAME went 5-0 at the Grassroots Showcase and is undefeated for the spring. Here are notes on Mason Jones, Drew Adzia, Kaden Manna, Lincoln Thomae, Kaleo Kakalia, Breece Walls, Blake Jacobs, and Mikash from a college projection viewpoint.

10 Drew Adzia – 5-9 – PG – Crown Point – 2022

Adzia caught fire at the end of the first half. He knocked down four three-pointers and scored 20 points in the half. He started with a couple of buckets in the lane through traffic before catching fire from three. His final two three-pointers were sprinting off screens, and Adzia set his feet quickly before drilling them. He mainly was a shooter for Crown Point, and Adzia shot well at the Grassroots Showcase. He is a capable ball-handler and distributor, but Adzia's biggest strength is his outside shooting.
