Lyna Brooks – 6-3 – SF – 2024 Franklin Central
Brooks is a freshman that could make a major impact on the varsity level this year. He’s a long, athletic wing that plays hard. Through the camp, he was active on both ends of the court as well as the glass. Offensively, he finished well around the basket in transition, after cuts, and off offensive rebounds. He showed good arch on his three-point shot, but he does aim it a bit right now. He was also willing to post up smaller defenders to use his height advantage. He’s going to be a versatile player for Franklin Central this season and has plenty of long-term potential.
