As the fall approaches, in-state 2022 prospects are scheduling official and unofficial visits. In addition, the class is making up for lost time since D1 campus visits were not allowed from March 2020 through May 2021.

Indiana Basketball Source broke down the top 2022 without a D1 scholarship offer earlier this week. Now, it is time to look at the 2023 class. It is still a bit early for the 2023 class as D1 programs focused almost exclusively on transfers and the class of 2022 this spring. Here is a look at 14 2023 prospects that do not have a D1 offer but could soon.
