The Noblesville Holiday Tournament attracted Warren Central, Chesterton, Crown Point, Broad Ripple, Pike, Columbus North and Lighthouse Charter-East. The first day featured many blowouts.

Warren Central vs. Chesterton

In a match-up of undefeated 4A teams, Warren Central used its defense and offensive rebounding to pull away from Chesterton. Jakobie Robinson did a bit of everything for Warren Central as he finished with 11 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. Dean Tate was at a football camp, but Warren Central was given a scoring boost by Joe Rush off the bench. He scored all of his 13 points in the first half. Chesterton was in the game for most of the first half thanks to the aggressiveness of Jake Wadding. He attacked the Warren Central defense. Wadding finished with a team-high 13 points. Warren used a 15-3 run at the end of the first half to create separation in the game. Chesterton was never able to make it a two-possession game in the second half.

Warren Central won 69-47.

Pike vs. Columbus North

The Red Devils used the effort, defense and dunking of Steve Miller to get by Columbus North. Miller finished with 21 points on 10 of 10 shooting including five dunks. Miller is a player that was cut as a sophomore and played junior varsity as a junior. He dominated the game with his length and athleticism. Columbus North stayed in the game throughout thanks to Bailey Hester and Jaylen Flemmons. Flemmons had a really strong second half slashing to the basket. Hester was steady the entire game. Columbus North didn't have enough scoring power to challenge Pike late.

Pike won 57-40.

Broad Ripple vs. Crown Point

Senior guard Xavier White was the story in this game. White was unstoppable for Broad Ripple. He finished with 32 points in an efficient fashion. Each time that Crown Point was ready to take over the game late in the third quarter or in the fourth, White would hit a big shot and give Broad Ripple some breathing room. It was an impressive effort by White.

Broad Ripple beat Crown Point, 58-46.

Noblesville vs. Lighthouse-East

Noblesville dominated from the tip. The Millers were able to press and get into the passing lanes to get layup after layup. Noblesville opened a 30-point lead in the first half and cruised to a victory.

In the consolation bracket:

Crown Point defeated Lighthouse-East

Chesterton beat Columbus North
