Plenty of high-stakes games took place Saturday around Indiana and gave fans several notable performances across the state. Here were some of the best individual showings from around the state for Saturday, January 22.

 

Luke Goode, Homestead 2021 -- career-high 41 points including a school-record 10 three-pointers as Homestead dismantled North Side, 107-61.

 

CJ Gunn, Lawrence North 2022 -- 19 points to help Lawrence North notch a crucial victory over North Central, 64-60, to remain undefeated.

 

Leland Walker, North Central 2022 --22 points in the Panthers' loss to Lawrence North.

 

Tucker Biven, New Albany 2022 -- 20 points as New Albany earned a big win over Silver Creek, 81-72.

 

Trey Kaufman, Silver Creek 2021 -- 30 points despite falling to New Albany.

 

Brooks Barnhizer, Lafayette Jeff 2021 -- 41 points, 15 rehounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks as Jeff took care of Marion, 78-61.

 

Owen Duff, Carroll 2023 -- 34 points including 7 three-pointers in the Chargers’ 81-63 win against Tri-Central.

 

Jake Chapman, Tri-Central 2022 -- 28 points in the loss to Carroll.

 

Blake Sisley, Heritage Hills 2021 -- 20 points to lead Heritage Hills over Southridge, 48-46.

 

Colson Montgomery, Southridge 2021 -- game-high 22 points in the one possession loss against Heritage Hills. Carter Whitehead, 2022, chipped in 20 points for the Raiders.

 

Isaiah Swope, Castle 2021 -- 32 points despite Castle falling to Bloomington South in overtime, 68-65.

 

Joey Bomba, Bloomington South 2021 -- team-high 18 points to help Bloomington South edge Castle in an overtime thriller.

 

Jalen Jackson, Fort Wayne Carroll 2022 -- 27 points and 14 rebounds as the Chargers defeated South Side, 53-44.

 

Khamani Smith, Northrop 2021 -- 23 points and 12 rebounds to propel Northrop over Wayne, 58-55.

 

JR Konieczny, St. Joe 2021 -- 31 points in St. Joe’s 80-66 victory over Elkhart.

 

Deaglan Sullivan, Mishawaka Marian 2023, and Richard Brooks 2022, -- 17 points each in a 59-56 overtime win against Penn.

 

Brian Waddell, Carmel 2021 -- 19 points and 7 rebounds to lead Carmel past Pike, 73-55.

 

Ryan Conwell, Pike 2022 -- 18 points in a loss to Carmel.

 

Luke Saylor, Heritage 2023 -- 22 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals as Heritage Hills defeats Woodlan in overtime, 59-56.

 

Matthew Wagner, Evansville Bosse 2022 -- 21 points in Bosse’s 74-62 win over Owensboro.

 

Julian Norris, Evansville Bosse 2022 -- 17 points in Bosse's win over Owensboro.

 

Connor Essegian, Central Noble 2022 -- game-high 20 points in Central Noble’s 54-32 triumph over Eastside.

 

Tyray Lackey, Brownsburg 2022 -- 19 points and 13 rebounds as Brownsburg down Westfield, 60-48, in convincing fashion.

 

Nate Powell, Tipton 2022 -- team-high 18 points and 11 rebounds to lead Tipton over Taylor in overtime, 59-56.

 

Mylan Swan, Tipton 2021 -- 16 points including the game-winner with under three seconds remaining to push Tipton past Taylor.

 

Greg Jenkins, Lawrence Central 2021 --  24 points in a 68-62 defeat against Warren Central.

 

Dawshawn Willet, Evansville Harrison 2022, and Jahni Summers, 2022, -- each finished with 20 points in Harrison’s 67-48 triumph.

 

Drew Howard, Forest Park 2022 -- 24 points in Forest Park’s thrilling 2OT win over Jasper, 68-65.

 

Marquon Swanigan, Evansville Central 2021 -- 25 points in a heartbreaking 67-66 loss against Henderson County.

 

Jamie Hodges, Michigan City 2022 -- 21 points to help City blow out La Porte, 96-68,

 

Elijah Brown, Fort Wayne Snider 2023 -- team-high 20 points as Snider topped Concordia, 59-57.

 

Gavin Schippert, Evansville Reitz 2022 -- 20 points and 7 rebounds in Reitz’s 67-45 dominant win against Mater Dei.

 

Silas Bauer, Loogootee 2021 -- 21 points in Loogootee’s 67-34 one-sided win over Shoals.

 

Brody Whitaker, Greencastle 2021 -- game-high 28 points as Greencastle cruised past South Vermilion, 69-43.

 

Brenden Lytle, Bishop Dwenger 2021 -- 17 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists in a 53-45 win over Bishop Luers.

 

Trey Wyles, Cambridge City Lincoln 2023, 27 as Lincoln held off a furious run to beat Union City by a 57-55.

 

Jaylen Mullen, North Daviess 2023 -- tied career-high with 26 points in North Daviess’ 59-35 win at WRV.
