Scruggs has physically matured early. His game keeps improving though. He has been finishing above the rim for many years now. He reports himself at 6-3, 200 pounds entering his sophomore year. His outside shot has shown a good amount of improvement. He is becoming more of a true guard instead of a wing that was productive because of his size, strength, athleticism. He handles the ball pretty well now. He started to make much better decisions with the ball mid-way through last season. Definitely a high-major prospect.
