Devin Davis 6’6” PF 2013 Davis is developing very well. His perimeter skills have improved greatly from a season ago especially his ball handling and his shot selection. It will be interesting to see how he treats this summer since he is already committed. There was a rumor that he might play with some closer friends. The main thing for Davis is that he stays focused on improving his shot and ball-handling.

Brent Calhoun 6’8”C 2012 I don’t think he had a very impressive senior season, but post players can struggle in high school and do better in college. Calhoun has a soft touch around the basket but he needs more refinement on his moves. He has to become more athletic/stronger to contribute at Detroit. That can happen if he is dedicated to their strength and conditioning program.

Jamal Bridges 6’2” SG 2013 Bridges had a really good season for Warren Central. He is a good shooter that is an above average athlete. Right now, I feel like his skills fit the D2/NAIA level more than D1, but that could change over the next few months.

Sam Thompson 6’1” PG 2013 Thompson was up and down this season. He is an above average athlete and handles the ball well, but isn’t much of a scoring threat. D2/NAIA

Jordan Garnett 6’4” PF 2014 Garnett is a very good athlete that plays with a high motor. He has clashed with the WC coaching staff at times, but his effort is always good during games. He needs to be a shooting guard or small forward if he is going to play D1 and right now his perimeter skills are insufficient to do that. He needs to become better with the ball in his hands and work on his shot.

Charlie Dant 6’1” SG 2012 Great outside shooter that doesn’t do too much else offensively. He is an okay defender. He would be a nice role player for a lot of D2/NAIA schools. I’ve heard that he will play baseball in college though.{/iACL}
